I had a very old faucet which needed repair - parts very difficult to get. I had tried to get others to fix it without success. Ascend worked independently to fix it, staying in touch to let me know about progress. The faucet is fixed and working just fine, helping me to avoid replacement of a very expensive sink. Very pleased.

The fellow who came over was totally professional, did a competant excellent job, worked until he completed it and was totally honest and conscientious. I would highly recommend this company and Kenny Fitzpatrick and MBC on Call (out of Brooklyn, NY) without hesitation. And the price was very fair.
