The job was to repair a drip in our skylight and a long-standing leak on the roof. NYC Construction & Renovation came to bid on the job quickly, and sent a man to do the work within two days. After a very heavy overnight rainfall, both areas are completely dry and a job successfully completed. My only complaint: The worker, who started at 9 am and worked nonstop on the roof until 4 pm on a freezing cold day, left tar splotches here and there, including on a newly painted roof door. Plus he left empty cans of tar on the roof, which I had to remove. Other than that, he was very good.
