Clearpipe came on time for both the estimate and the actual work (indeed, they were even a bit early!) The scope of the work was fully discussed, as were possible alternatives to a standard water heater, and we feel we got unbiased and honest recommendations. The actual work was performed in a neat, professional manner within a very reasonable time frame. The work site was left neat and clean, and totally acceptable. We are very pleased with Clearpipe, and will definitely be using them again. After years of dealing with plumbers who say they will show up and then don't, or who do the work and leave a mess behind, Clearpipe was a great change!
