We wanted to replace a bathroom sink, countertop, and toilet in a Manhattan apartment. Mr. LoScrudato came on time to give the estimate and suggested a less expensive alternative for the toilet replacement. We thought the initial estimate was too high; he reduced it by changing some of the components in the job so it fit our budget. The workmen came in a few weeks, arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They encounted an unexpected problem, came back when it suited our schedules, and fixed it quickly. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional. They did what they said they'd do. They worked quickly and cooperated with our Co-op board so that we didn't have to do any paperwork.
The job looked like we wanted it to.
About a month after the job completed, some of the grout started to fall out, but they came right back and repaired it without any hesitation.
I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to friends.
