The service was prompt and the repairs were made without any issues. I am not sure why there was a need to pay in cash, but the work performed was done quickly and efficiently. Since this was a repair to previous problematic shades (done by another company), the owner guaranteed three years of warrantee on the service.

Excellent. Tom showed up to give me an estimate the same day I called. Price was reasonable and the work was done within a week. Also, it is great that they do the work in your home so you don’t have to be without your shade while it is being fixed. Will definitely use in the future.
