CS Painting and Signs

Paint, Varnish or Stain Exterior Surfaces in 10028

Great work product at a fast pace. Very fair pricing and willingness
to go the extra mile for a happy customer. Always on time and they worked hard the entire time. Strongly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They sealed and painted the facade of my 4-story Manhattan brownstone and also repaired the "dings" in the mansonry and handrails. They even replaced the numbers on the front of the building. They were punctual, personable and professional, and they finished the job within a week. Excellent cleanup and a great price too. They turned what I thought would be a headache into a very pleasant experience. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps in 10464

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?
