Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 10004
Great customer service from the moment the phone call was made. One of the tasks was to review the performance of my Heat pump and the 2nd was to fix my fridge that wouldn't cool. In both cases they sought to find out what was working first and did not make expensive recommendations. Unlike other contractors they were not fussy about coming to my neighborhood or moving my fridge. They were very clean and professional as well. I would highly recommend them.

Install a Ceiling Fan in 10463
I hired AA Electric to install a ceiling fan with remote. I was going to try to use an existing fan from my old apartment but it was missing the mounting bracket and in discussing with Jose, decided to buy a new one. The appointment was for 9am but the tech came at 10:30. There was a bit of a language barrier resulting in installing the fan without a flush mount that I wanted, and without the light kit and remote, but it was fixed pretty quickly. The price I was quoted both $125 and $150 which I thought to be a flat rate, but it was an hourly rate and the job went over an hour, so I paid $187. Overall I was satisfied with the job.
