We chose Renovation-Plus Construction Group to do a complete renovation of our NYC Townhouse and could not be more pleased with the end result! We had a great experience with Legend 3. Peter, the owner, was outstanding to work with. He was available all the time by cellphone, came up with great ideas, didn't "nickel and dime" us, lived up to his word, and best of all, did great work. I highly recommend him and his company. Amazingly outstanding. Project manager George is superb, helpful. Work was beautiful, on schedule, no surprises or hidden costs. Only concern is that dust control was poor, but Corinthian offered to send a cleaner for FREE. That would be easily solved by just speccing dust control, my fault. Great company, would use again in a flash, no question.
