We called because we believed we had termites. Shaun arrived on schedule, he explained what he would be looking for during the inspection. Upon completion he sat and discussed his findings, what needed to be done, the cost (which we found was very reasonable) and any follow-up that had to be done. He was able to do the work the same day. We found that his work was done in an extremely professional manner. Shaun is courteous and friendly and we would recommend him to anyone.
