Very professional. They did what they said they'd do. They worked quickly and cooperated with our Co-op board so that we didn't have to do any paperwork.
The job looked like we wanted it to.
About a month after the job completed, some of the grout started to fall out, but they came right back and repaired it without any hesitation.
I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to friends.

I was very impressed with the service my rug looks brand new. The gentleman was curteous and helpfur and then told me you do parkay floors which I did not know. So I will be calling you for that also.
